Kristin and Carl left their jobs, sold their home, and loaded up their four-legged pet, adventure gear, and their most essential (maybe…time will tell) belongings into a 29-foot camper. They are towing the haul out to the west for an undetermined amount of time for a sabbatical-like break from the typical 8-to-5 work lifestyle. Their grand plan is simply to have no plan other than seeing much of the western part of the United States and having the time of their lives while doing it.
Are they experienced or full-time on-the-roaders? Nope. Did they at least do some heavy research and ample prep work? Eh, kinda sorta. They both have either shared experience or solo knowledge in the areas of camping, traveling common sense (that’s a thing), towing trailers, and finding adventure around any corner. While they can’t promise the best known advice for life on the road, they can attempt to show what it’s
really like to drop everything and commit to doing all the things we say we want to do one day. For the dreamers, maybe be inspired. If anything, please be amused.
Bella is a 7-year-old German Shepherd who didn’t ask for any of this. All the same, she would never be left behind on an adventure of any kind.
